Find all the information you need to use the GTA Bookings platform.
✈️ Bookings & Flights
- •Search for your flight on the Flights page, select it and pay online.
- •Your e-ticket is sent by email once the payment is confirmed.
- •To change or cancel, go to My profile → Bookings.
🏨 Hotels & Accommodation
- •Browse available hotels by city and dates.
- •Displayed rates are in XAF and include taxes.
- •Free cancellation available subject to the hotel's terms.
📄 Documents & E-Visa
- •Select the document or visa you want from the catalog.
- •Track the progress of your application from the Documents & Visas tab.
- •Processing time varies by document type (see the detail page).
💳 Payments
- •We accept payments by bank card and Mobile Money.
- •All payments are secure and encrypted.
- •If a payment fails, check your balance or contact your bank.
🔐 My account
- •Create an account to track your bookings and documents.
- •Forgot your password? Use the reset page.
- •To delete your account, contact us by email.
