Privacy Policy

The data controller is Global Trade Agency S.A., a public limited company under Cameroonian law, whose registered office is located at Montesquieu, Mvog-Ada, Yaoundé, Cameroun (RCCM: RC/YAO/2020/A/3646; NIU: M062318463820k).

• Identity and contact data: last name, first name, email, phone number.
• Account data: credentials, password (stored in encrypted form), preferences.
• Booking data: passengers, dates, itineraries, destinations, required travel documents (passport number for flights/visa).
• Payment data: amount, status, transaction references. We do not store full bank card numbers, which are processed by our payment providers.
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, connection logs, cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
• Usage data: pages viewed, searches, interactions, for the purpose of improving the service.

• Performance of the contract: create your account, process and manage your bookings, issue invoices and tickets, provide support.
• Legal obligations: invoicing, accounting, fraud prevention.
• Legitimate interest: platform security, abuse prevention, service improvement, statistics.
• Consent: marketing communications (where applicable) and non-essential cookies, which you can withdraw at any time.

Your data is accessible to our authorized teams and shared, strictly as necessary, with:

• the Providers required for performance (airlines and distribution partners, hotels, rental companies, consular authorities, transfer agencies) ;
• our payment providers (mobile money, card) ;
• our technical providers (hosting, email delivery, document storage) ;
• the authorities when required by law.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Some international bookings and certain technical providers involve a transfer of data outside Cameroon. These transfers are limited to what is necessary to fulfill your request and are governed by appropriate safeguards.

• Account: as long as your account is active, then limited archiving after deletion.
• Bookings and invoices: kept in accordance with legal and accounting obligations.
• Technical data / logs: limited duration for security purposes.

Beyond that, your data is deleted or anonymized.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures: encryption of communications (HTTPS), hashing of passwords, access control, service compartmentalization and logging. As no system is infallible, we encourage you to protect your credentials.

You have the following rights over your data:

• right of access and information ;
• right to rectification ;
• right to erasure (within legal limits) ;
• right to object and to restriction ;
• right to portability ;
• right to withdraw your consent at any time.

The platform uses essential cookies (session, authentication, theme preference) and, subject to your consent, audience measurement cookies. The details and management are set out in our Cookie Policy.

The platform is not intended for unaccompanied minors. Bookings concerning minors are made under the responsibility of an adult account holder.

If you believe that your rights are not being respected, you may contact us and, where applicable, refer the matter to the competent data protection authority.

This policy may be updated. Any substantial change is brought to your attention by any appropriate means and takes effect on its date of publication.
